Qinling Special Motor Co.,Ltd was established by Shaanxi Qinling Aero Electric Co.,Ltd. in November
of 2000. It inherited most of its advanced technology and products
from, its parent, Shaanxi Qinling Aero Electric Co. SQSM was established
to develop and market a special line of D.C. motors with the Qinling
brand.
SQSM occupies approximately 11,000 square meters of office and
manufacturing space. It has 208 employees of which 42 are technicians
of various disciplines and 20 are upper and middle management and
has over 130 sets of manufacturing and testing equipment.
The company, in 2002, won the ISO9001:2000 certificate which
was issued by the China Quality Certificate Center. It also received
the High-Tech Company Certificate issued by Xi'an Science Committee
and Import & Export Company Certificate issued by Xi'an Oversea
Trade Bureau. The company mainly does development, design, manufacture,
sale and repair for AC &DC special motors, as well as import
and export of OEM products, facilities, technical and materials.
The company's administrative office is located in Room 708,
Zhi Jian Building, No.26 Ke Ji Road, Xi'an High-Tech Develop Zone,
and its production facilities are located in the West District of
Xing Ping City, Shaanxi Province, which is on the same manufacturing
complex as the Shaanxi Aero Electric Co., Ltd.
Our main products are the Qinling brand DC motor for pump units,
outboat trolling motor, the single-phase magnetic auto-braking motor,
motors for automobile electrical power steering and brushless rare
earth permanent magnetic DC motors, all of which have good domestic
demand and wide foreign market demand. Our DC motor line has been
listed in the National Torch Project , because of its high efficiency,
low noise, high reliability and excellent reputation. These features
made the motors highly desirable in the international market place.
The company offers 36 different types of the DC motors which have
been exported to Sweden, USA, Germany, Italy, Holland and Hong Kong.
The outboat trolling motor was listed in the National New Product
Projects journal citing its performance as a low voltage, high current,
low noise, light vibration, high start torque and for its anti-corrosion
feature. The trolling motor has been exported to USA and Hong Kong.
The company is re-modeling it's production lines and after completion
the annual output is expected to reach 200,000 units annually. With
the national economy improving and China's open trade policy, the
demand for technology and services of the company should increase
as well. We are willing to cooperate with other enterprises to enlarge
